Needs Analysis - Before we can find you a home we need to know what you are looking for. We take the time to discuss your needs and wants so we can pre-select homes that meet your criteria.

Showings - A lot of effort goes into a day out with us. After we conduct your in-depth needs analysis we search the MLS and other sources for homes that closely match your criteria. We only show you homes you have pre-selected - we will never show you homes you aren´t interested in, your time is valuable and so is ours.

No Fees - As a buyer you do not pay us a fee, our services are free to you. Our commission is paid by the Seller's Agent and we do not get paid till you purchase your new home.

Cancel At Any Time - If you do not like the way we work you can cancel our services at any time and we will turn over your file to you within 48 hours. But we don´t think you will!

The 15 minute call back - When you need to talk to us, we know you need to talk to us now. So if we can't answer immediately we pledge to return your call within 15 minutes. That´s customer service!

Market Analysis - When you have found your dream home we look at recently sold homes in the same area similar to yours to determine what you should be offering the Sellers. The list price is just the price the Sellers would like to get, what they are willing to accept can sometimes be very different. This is a very important step as it could save you thousands of dollars!

Contract Pending - Once you have a contract pending we will closely monitor all lender, inspections, appraisals, title and escrow activities to ensure a smooth closing.

Review & Attend Closings - If only we had a penny for every mistake we have found on title companies´ official and final paperwork; We know what to look for and can save you time and money by finding these inaccuracies. We will be there with you at the close to ensure everything proceeds smoothly and in your best interests.
